Delivery Locations

  • Custom/Large Mandirs: Delivery available within Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu.

  • Smaller Online Products: Shipped all over India.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Custom pooja mandirs: 30–45 days from order confirmation, depending on size, material, and artwork.

  • Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 7–10 working days (unless otherwise stated).

Packaging

We use strong, secure packaging to ensure safe transit. For larger mandirs, we recommend customers arrange their own booking vehicle for pickup to minimize transit risk.

Shipping Costs

  • Charges vary based on size, weight, delivery location, and installation requirements.

  • Within 20 km of our Bengaluru store, we can provide installation (charges apply).

Return & Exchange Policy

At Pooja Space, each pooja mandir is crafted with care, using premium materials and skilled workmanship. We aim to deliver products that meet your exact expectations.

Custom Orders

  • Since custom pooja mandirs are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is confirmed and dispatched.

  • If you notice any issues upon delivery, please inform us immediately so we can assist.

 

Ready-Made Items

  • Ready-to-ship products may be eligible for exchange only if they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos/videos of the damage.

 

Refunds

  • We are not responsible for damages caused during transit after dispatch, as we ensure strong packaging before shipment.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only in cases where we are unable to fulfill the order.

  1. All pooja mandirs are handcrafted/customized; slight variations may occur.

  2. Once an order is confirmed, cancellation is not allowed except under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

  3. Delivery timelines are estimates; delays due to logistics or external factors are not our liability.

  4. Any damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

  5. All disputes are subject to [Your City/State] jurisdiction.
