1. Non-Refundable Fee – The consultation / visit fee is non-refundable.

2. Adjustable in Order – If you confirm a mandir order with us, this fee will be adjusted in the final billing.

3. Rescheduling – Consultation or home visit can be rescheduled once, with at least 24 hours’ prior notice.

4. Scope – Virtual consultation covers design guidance, size suggestions, and material options. Home visit includes measurements and site feasibility check.

5. Advance & Order – Actual work begins only after design approval and advance payment confirmation.
