If you’re away from our showroom – We can connect via Zoom, where you can explore our design album and give your instructions directly to our artist in real time.
A customization session is charged at ₹2,000 per hour. If you proceed with the project, this amount will be fully adjusted against your final bill.
For clients who want a 3D design preview of their customized mandir, we offer a detailed 3D rendering at ₹20,000. If your project is finalized, this amount will also be adjusted in your final bill.

Ready-made options can be purchased directly from our catalog for faster delivery, while custom mandirs are crafted to your specifications after a detailed consultation.
Typically, it takes 30–45 days from confirmation to delivery. The exact timeline depends on the size of the mandir, the complexity of the artwork, and any customization requests.
Pricing depends on the material choice, complexity of design, size, and any CNC detailing or finishing. We share a base cost estimate after you finalize your requirements during the consultation.
For larger mandirs, we recommend that customers visit our showroom, inspect the piece thoroughly, and arrange their own booking vehicle for safe transport. If you are located within 20 km of our showroom and require installation, we can arrange it for you. Installation charges will vary based on the size and complexity of the mandir.
We take utmost care in packing and handling your mandir. Once dispatched, we are not responsible for in-transit issues—but we ensure strong, secure packaging to minimize risks. If any damage occurs, please contact us immediately and we will assist with the next steps.
For larger Pooja Mandirs or customized Pooja Mandirs, our delivery service is currently available in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu.
All other online products from Pooja Space can be delivered across India through our trusted logistics partners.
Since each mandir is custom-made, cancellations or refunds are not possible after dispatch. For any post-delivery issues, please reach out promptly and we’ll evaluate how we can help. Refunds will be processed within 5–6 business days to your original payment method.
